The Collective Studio group at Microsoft consists of 100–150 full time employees. Blue Rooster collaborated with the Collective Studio team in the Microsoft EXG group to design and create a Project Management solution for on-boarding new clients, initiating new projects as well as managing all aspects of the project.
This solution helped the EXG team, users and MS employees better manage new projects, by providing a more efficient process for presenting design comps, facilitating design reviews, initiating project approvals and streamlining workflow. It also served as a reporting tool for submitting time sheets.
